Nature of the Service

This is a private reference service with no government role. It stores no official jail, court, or release records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, or submit an official filing.

Its pages point toward Holmes County inmate and jail-record resources, Ohio corrections systems, and optional outside research tools.

Acceptable Use Rules

Visitors must use the site and any information reached through it lawfully and responsibly.

• Do not use the service to violate any law.
• Do not stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate another person.

FCRA Uses Are Prohibited

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It provides no background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services, and neither do its advertising partners. By using the site, a visitor agrees not to use information for:

• Hiring, discipline, or termination decisions.
• Tenant selection or other housing screening.
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing.
• Licensing, permits, or government-benefit eligibility.
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Independent Outside Resources

Links may lead to release records, Sheriff or corrections systems, government portals, legal-aid material, or outside search services. A link is not an endorsement. This site does not control a destination's content, privacy practices, terms, or availability, so visitors should review those policies directly.

Service Without Warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." No promise is made concerning:

• Accuracy, completeness, or current status.
• Continuous or uninterrupted availability.
• Freedom from defects, errors, or security weaknesses.
• The scope or quality of a partner's search results.

Custody status and public records can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement by the Holmes County Sheriff, a court, ODRC, or another government office.

Severability of Provisions

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in effect. The affected provision will be narrowed only as much as necessary.
